updating the jail phones that are feasible handicap friendly individuals with a disability and handicap as myself I am unable to use the jail phones because I'm physically unable to hold the phone to my ear. Americans with Disability Act that was told officers an individual they're to hold the phone for me to talk to inmate visitation would be revoked I am physically unable to hold the phone for myself. it's embarrassing not being able to hold the phone everybody watching me. headphones for hands-free thermostat up or individuals are physically unable.
